BASIC PERMIT PLANS
Our basic permit plans include existing and proposed site plans, existing and proposed elevations, existing and proposed floor plans, framing plans, and roof plane plan.
CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULES
If your project requires the use of construction schedules for doors, windows, or fixtures, this can be added to your basic permit plans. If your business already uses custom specs for finishes, those can be incorporated into the final drawings.
ELECTRICAL PLANS
Electrical plans include fixture placement, switch connections, and electrical fixture schedule.
CUSTOM DESIGN ELEMENT
